EVO Group in Dieppe, NB is looking for an experienced Steel Siding & Roofing Foreman/Installer to join our growing, family-oriented company. This is a full-time, year-round position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and leading a crew on commercial projects throughout NB, NS, and PEI.

Lead and supervise a crew installing steel roofing and siding systems on commercial buildings
Ensure all work meets company quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations
Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment on site
Communicate with project managers, site supervisors, customers, and inspectors
Train and mentor less experienced crew members
Travel to commercial job sites across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Prince Edward Island

3+ years’ experience in steel roofing/siding installation (foreman experience preferred)
~ Ability to read construction drawings and follow layout plans
~ Comfortable working at heights, on ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
~ Above-average hourly wages
