We are a fast-growing local company providing winter salt delivery, snow removal, and seasonal property services across the Durham Region. Our team takes pride in reliable service, hard work, and great customer experiences. We're looking to add a dependable team member who wants steady year-round work and the opportunity to grow with us.

We are hiring a motivated and reliable individual to assist with winter salt pail deliveries and snow removal services throughout the winter season. This role transitions into a full-time property maintenance position in the spring and summer—ideal for someone seeking long-term, stable employment.

Key Responsibilities:

Winter Season:

* Drive a company truck

* Deliver 50lb pails of treated winter salt to residential and commercial customers.

* Assist with snow removal using shovels and snow blowers.

* Apply salt as required during service visits.

* Respond to winter weather events in a timely manner (early mornings/late nights as needed).

Spring & Summer:

* General lawn care and property maintenance (mowing, trimming, yard cleanups).

* Assisting with small landscape projects.

* Equipment upkeep and basic maintenance tasks.

What We're Looking For:

* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and able to meet our insurance providers requirements

* Ability to lift 50–60 lbs repeatedly (salt pails and shovelling).

* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

* Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

* Experience with snow removal, lawn care, or delivery work is an asset—but not required. We will train the right person.
