We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely driving the company boss and delivery of goods during shipments. This role requires a strong focus on safety, vehicle maintenance, and efficient route management to support our operational needs. The Driver will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth flow of our logistics operations and supporting the company's commitment to excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate vehicles for transporting freight, equipment, and materials to various locations.
- Safely driving the company business or family
- Warehouse cleaning and helping of loading and unloading of goods
- Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle maintenance records.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies during transportation activities.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and warehouse personnel to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
- Perform minor automotive repairs or troubleshooting when necessary to ensure vehicle reliability.
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial driving, freight transportation, or related roles.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of automotive repair or maintenance is a plus.
- Prior experience with freight handling and logistics coordination is advantageous. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, efficiency, and professionalism are valued. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate various types of equipment safely and effectively.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $17.80-$18.20 per hour
