With your expertise, you will implement effective sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction. The Appliance Sales Professional will play a crucial role in driving sales and exceeding revenue targets.

Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their appliance needs and provide expert product recommendations
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our wide range of appliances and their features, benefits, and specifications
  • Close sales by effectively addressing customer concerns, negotiating prices, and providing exceptional customer service
  • Attend off site and on site (paid) vendor product training to say up to date with latest industry trends and product knowledge
  • Research products and keep abreast of new product offers and their associated technical details
  • Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory, and procedures

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends required
  • Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably in the appliance or retail industry
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a hunger to make money and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a rapport with customers
  • Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
  • Proficient computer skills to accurately enter orders into the system and research appliance products
