Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper and Receiver to join our team at Stormtec, a leading provider of water management services. The Shipper and Receiver will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely shipment, receipt, and storage of equipment, materials, and supplies in a safe and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming shipments, Match received goods against the associated PO#s and receive items on the ERP system(Netsuite)
  • Inspect items for damage, record any issues and notify requestor.
  • Unpack and put items into proper storage areas and or notify requesters for pickup.
  • Maintain an organized inventory system to track incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Process all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms
  • Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and update the Inventory Count Sheet and ERP system (NetSuite) to reflect accurate stock levels.
  • Draft and upload shipping and receiving logs into the system for others to access.
  • Perform transfer orders for equipment based on the shipping and receiving logs.
  • Update and maintain the ERP system for serialized items
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with all team members
  • Other duties as assigned around the warehouse.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (preferably in the rental equipment or water management industry)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient with basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Work Environment:

  • Warehouse setting with exposure to outdoor elements.
  • May require extended hours during peak periods or emergencies.
  • Potential exposure to noise and heavy equipment.
