Seaside Paper looking for a talented Shipper/Receiver to join our team. This person is proactive, dependable and has a good work ethic. You will require good attention to detail and can provide excellent customer service, consider yourself a team player, and have great relationships with your coworkers. This position will work full-time Monday to Friday, there is some flexibility around specific hours to work.

**Overall function/responsibility**:

- Ship outgoing products
- Receive all incoming goods
- Put stock away
- Keep shipping office neat and organized

**Major Duties**:

- Forklift operation
- Accurate data entry
- Preparing shipments - Outgoing and Incoming
- Work closely with Customer Service Team regarding dockets and outgoing shipments
- Process shortages and damaged goods
- Maintain accurate information - counting, SN etc.
- Prepare export shipments
- Sort and distribute incoming shipments

**Technical Requirements**:

- Thorough knowledge of warehousing/distribution procedures;
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize projects within established deadlines;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Knowledge of safe work practices as they relate to Warehouse operations and equipment;
- Good knowledge of Warehouse equipment, forklift and hand jack etc.;
- Good knowledge of computerized shipping/receiving and inventory control systems (experience with Sage is a bonus but not required)
- Good knowledge of courier network
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment.
