Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of automotive experience, a proven track record in finance management, and exceptional customer service skills. As a Finance Manager at Southgate Audi, you will play a critical role in guiding customers through financing and leasing options, securing competitive terms, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with vehicle financing and leasing options, presenting a range of financial products and services.
  • Secure financing through established lender partnerships while maintaining strong lender relationships.
  • Accurately complete all finance and lease paperwork, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
  • Maximize dealership profitability through effective sales of after-sale and insurance products.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide seamless customer experiences from vehicle selection to vehicle delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, programs, and industry trends.
  • Uphold Southgate Audi's standards of integrity, transparency, and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with at least 2 years as a Finance Manager.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, lending practices, and F&I processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in financial software and dealership management systems.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding financial targets
