We have an opportunity for a Finance Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile and isn’t afraid of a challenge. If you are highly motivated, with outstanding customer service, someone that is career driven with a passion and dedication for automotive financing.

As a Finance Manager, you will support our customers and facilitate a relationship between the customer and various lending institutions. The successful applicant must demonstrate the ability to develop a collaborative working environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and develop an excellent customer experience
- Securing Automotive finance contracts
- Display knowledge of all products offered
- Guarantee all legal and financial information is protected
- Support Sales team to ensure success
- Actively prospect new customers on a continuous basis.
- Keep up-to-date product knowledge of all competitive products and services
- Participate in off-site product and skills training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years in auto sales, sales management or finance management
- Director experience preferred
- Experience in selling all Finance products
- Deal submitting experience and negotiating terms and conditions with the lenders is a must have
- Knowledge and experience with Dealertrack and RouteOne.
- Must have exceptional leadership and communication skills
- Must be flexible with work schedule
- Must have experience with CDK and CRM

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- automotive finance: 2 years (required)
- auto sales, finance, or sales management: 3 years (required)
