Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and culinary creativity.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations during meal service.
  • Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to maintain high culinary standards.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies, and ensure proper equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior kitchen role.
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and food safety regulations.
  • Leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Creative flair and a desire to contribute to an evolving and innovative menu.
