About the Role:

The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and implementing effective marketing strategies. This role requires a charismatic, attentive, and driven individual with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. This individual will play a key role in expanding our client base and strengthening our relationships with existing clients, contributing directly to our mission of delivering exceptional homeowner experiences. While this is a solo role, the Sales and Marketing Manager will have the full support of the Owner, General Manager, and Office Manager, who are readily available to provide assistance and guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies across various channels, including
  • Track and analyze lead generation metrics to optimize campaigns and improve conversion rates.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and personalized service.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to current clients.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our offerings and address their needs.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and attend networking events and industry gatherings to connect with clients and prospects.
  • Marketing (Curated Content):
  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy focused on creating valuable and engaging newsletters for clients.
  • Curate relevant industry news, insights, and company updates for inclusion in the newsletters.
  • Segment email lists to personalize newsletter content and target specific client groups.
  • Sales and Marketing Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the Owner and General Manager to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
  • Provide sales support as needed.
  • Collaborate on the development of sales proposals and presentations.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Lead Generation
  • Revenue Growth

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, with a focus on lead generation and client relationship management. (Preferred)
  • Charismatic, attentive, and driven personality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and deliver effective presentations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Class 5 driver's license with a clean driver abstract.
  • Background in sales and marketing is an asset.
