Assistant to Ice Resurfacer Driver – Seasonal Position (November 15, 2025 – January 3, 2026)

Center Ice Rinks is seeking a dependable and hardworking individual to fill one seasonal position as an Ice Rink Maintenance Assistant for WinterFest 2025 at Canada's Wonderland. This special event runs from November 15, 2025, through January 3, 2026, offering guests a spectacular winter experience featuring skating, lights, and holiday entertainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Ice Resurfacer Driver with daily rink operations
  • Support ice resurfacing and edging activities
  • Perform snow removal, water flooding, and general rink upkeep
  • Ensure the rink area remains safe, clean, and guest-ready at all times
  • Follow direction from the rink manager and resurfacer operator

Requirements:

  • Availability to work weekends throughout the event
  • Availability to work daily from December 20 to January 3 (excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day)
  • Comfortable working outdoors in cold and snowy conditions
  • Physically capable of manual labor and lifting moderate weights
  • Dependable, punctual, and attentive to detail
