Our long-time Production Manager is retiring soon, and we're offering a rare opportunity to step into his shoes with full training, mentorship, and overlap time before the handoff. What You'll Actually Do
  • Manage daily processing operations and lead teams on the production floor
  • Collaborate with Operations to plan production using real-time dashboards to maximize efficiency
  • Help develop new products and work closely with R&D to bring them to life
  • Review what's working, recognize opportunities to enhance equipment and reorganize workflows for better flow, output and efficiency
  • Work with the management team to plan and execute on capital projects for upgrades, facility layout, and modern automation
  • Improve quality, food safety, and compliance processes
  • Help lead our AI-driven transformation: we're well underway with integrating significant process improvements powered by automation

Must-Have Traits
  • Experience in or around production/manufacturing (food is a plus)
  • Organized, tech-comfortable, and love solving systems puzzles
  • Clear communicator and team leader
  • Energetic and driven to lead, improve, and take ownership
  • Motivated by challenge and long-term opportunity

The right candidate must demonstrate an eagerness to learn, be highly organized, a love for technology, and have a will to win.Bonus if you've got experience with automation, ERP systems, grain processing, food safety compliance, or Lean/Six Sigma — but we're ready to train the right person.
