We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who is energized by crafting compelling messaging and go-to-market strategies and excited to accelerate product adoption across diverse customer segments. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed, while shaping the future of AI for local economies.
Your Impact:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll work with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success to:
- Develop and refine product positioning and messaging based on market feedback, using AI tools to craft narratives and collateral that resonate with our ideal customer profiles.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and product launches, ensuring alignment across teams to drive adoption and growth.
- Partner with Sales to deliver effective enablement materials, launch campaigns that drive pipeline value, and iterate content using AI-augmented testing and analytics.
- Use data and predictive analytics to optimize performance, monitor KPIs like NDR, CAC, and ROI, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
What You Bring to the Table:
You have 5–7 years of experience in Product Marketing or a related field, preferably within SaaS or a tech-driven environment. You bring a strong foundation in market research, go-to-market strategy, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration. Your ability to craft messaging that resonates with target audiences and support revenue and retention growth is matched by your comfort using AI tools for content generation, analytics, and testing.
Must-have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Product Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in generative AI tools and experience adapting AI outputs for specific customer segments or product lines.
- Demonstrated experience leading product launches, sales enablement initiatives, and marketing campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with a track record of improving metrics like CAC, pipeline value, and NDR.
- Excellent communication skills, with a knack for translating complex product value into clear, compelling messaging.
