We are seeking a Data Scientist with strong expertise in machine learning, Generative AI, and data engineering. The role involves building predictive models, designing GenAI/RAG pipelines, and deploying AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Develop supervised and unsupervised ML models (classification, regression, clustering).

• Design evaluation methodologies and conduct statistical experiments.

• Build advanced time-series and optimization models (ARIMA, LSTM, Bayesian methods).

• Implement GenAI/RAG pipelines: embeddings, LLM evaluation, prompt optimization.

• Contribute to MLOps workflows: tracking, versioning, deployment.

• Work with Python, SQL, PySpark, and ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow).

• Communicate insights clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

• Deploy AI solutions across multi‑cloud platforms.

Profile

• Strong background in ML modeling and statistical analysis.

• Expertise in Python and ML frameworks.

• Practical experience with Generative AI and RAG systems.

• Cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.


• Bilinguism in french and english as you will be collaborating with resources outside quebec province

Bonus Skills

• MLOps (MLflow, Airflow, SageMaker Studio).

• Optimization, causal inference, LLM fine‑tuning.

• ML/AI certifications (AWS, IBM, Stanford, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
