We are looking for motivated
Prep Cooks
to join our kitchen team and bring our dishes to life each day. As a Prep Cook, you'll work primarily
morning shifts (7am–3pm / 8am–4pm)
, preparing ingredients and setting our kitchen up for success. This is a great opportunity if you're looking for full-time hours, steady work, and a chance to grow your culinary career.

Whether you're new to the kitchen or have some experience, we'll teach you everything you need to know to succeed.

As a Prep Cook, you will:

  • Develop and hone your culinary skills
    by mastering the essentials of ingredient preparation, organization, and kitchen setup. Whether you're new to the kitchen or have some experience, we will teach you everything you need to know to level up your culinary skills.
  • Uphold Earls standards
    through exceptional food preparation and organization

What we need from you:

  • Availability to work full-time (40 hours/5 days a week), primarily during morning shifts.
  • A passion for culinary experiences and a commitment to teamwork and fun.
  • A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
  • A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Certification(s) to responsibly work in and create a safe and clean environment for food production and consumption (ie: Food Safe Level 1) is a bonus.
  • The ability to legally work in Canada.
