Busy restaurant in the heart of Historic Old Strathcona looking for an experienced Line Cook.

Under The High Wheel has a small, challenging and frequently changing menu featuring a range of local, seasonal, sustainable, and organic ingredients. We make all items in the restaurant from scratch and also have well established wholesale and catering clientele.

We have working relationships with area farmers and producers, we are in touch with the heartbeat of Old Strathcona, and offer gluten free and vegan options. We are an environmentally friendly company focused on serving stellar food to our community.

Candidates Absolutely must have open availability. If you are not available 7 days a week between 7am - 4pm do not apply

Must be available to work mornings starting at 7am and closing shifts until 6pm and have OPEN, full time availability both Saturdays and Sundays.

Potential candidates must have at least 1 year, practical experience - schooling preferred but not necessary.

Must be small-business minded, highly detail oriented, punctual, passionate about food quality and presentation, open-minded, self-sufficient, self-directed, motivated, genuine, and an enthusiastic team player.
