Our Canadian team is growing — and we're looking for an experienced, motivated ITAD professional to help drive data centre decommissioning and IT asset remarketing growth across the country.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and close new business opportunities in IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and Data Centre Decommissioning.
  • Leverage your existing client network and book of business to generate leads and sales.
  • Build long-term relationships with enterprise customers (CIOs, IT Directors, Sustainability Managers).
  • Work independently to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
  • Partner with our global team to deliver world-class backend support and operational excellence.
  • Represent 3stepIT at industry events, client meetings, and data centre projects across Canada.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years experience in ITAD, data centre decommissioning, or IT lifecycle management.
  • Proven closer with a strong record of delivering results and exceeding sales targets.
  • Established industry relationships and existing book of business preferred.
  • Deep understanding of secure data destruction, asset resale, logistics, and compliance.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset – capable of working independently in a growing organization.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
