Job Description –

Job brief

We are looking for analyst to provide assistance for mobility & desktop/laptop inventory management with prior experience in asset management.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Receiving devices (laptop/desktop/mobility), Devices scanning and inventory upload

  • Device staging/imaging

  • Device testing – checking device quality

  • Handling Asset management life cycle – add, change, move & decomm

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Asset management Tracks.

  • Configuration troubleshooting for iOS based systems

  • 1-3 years of experience in the use of SNOW or any asset tool.

  • Excellent customer service orientation and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Mac/iOS handling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

· Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Asset management.

· Knowledge of remote desktop support

· Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

· Knowledge of vendor management to drive incident resolution.

  • Walk customers through installing applications and device setup steps
  • Record technical issues and solutions in logs
  • Follow up with users to ensure their devices are functional
  • Report customer feedback and potential product requests
  • Help create technical documentation and manuals

Job Type: Seasonal

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
