Sales Account Executive - Contractor - Commission-Only
Location: Remote / Work from Anywhere
Compensation: 100% Commission (Uncapped earnings)

Oasis Learning AI (parent company of Blue Level) is a fast-growing startup transforming how
companies create corporate training. Our AI-powered platform automates the entire content
development process—from gathering expert input to writing, translating, and updating
materials—cutting training time from eight months to eight days. We use generative AI and
adaptive learning to deliver hyper-relevant, personalized training that drives real business
results.

understands the potential of AI. You're ready to hustle, close deals, and get paid what you're
worth to join our team. This is a commission-only independent contractor role, so your earning
potential is completely in your hands.

What You'll Do
- Find and connect with potential customers (networking, outreach, referrals, whatever
- works for you).
- Pitch and present our products/services with confidence.
- Conduct client needs assessments and deliver tailored sales presentations.
- Negotiate and close deals — you own the entire sales cycle.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Track your pipeline and wins (we'll give you tools if needed. i.e. HubSpot).
- Connect with leadership to continually fine tune messaging and improve results.
Who We're Looking For
- You've done sales before (B2B) and have a proven track record of getting results.
- Strong communicator, great listener, and not afraid to ask for the close.
- Full sales cycle experience (from prospects to closing)
- L&D knowledge
- Tech & CRM proficiency
- Established book of business
- Self-motivated — you run on results, not micromanagement. You manage your own
- pipeline and prioritize effectively.
- Entrepreneurial and Start-up mindset.
- Resilient and persistent — "no" just means "not yet."
- Comfortable working independently, but also enjoy being part of a small, driven team.
- Metrics and results-driven
- Experience in consultative & solution-based selling
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to work autonomously and generate leads independently
- Experience working remotely or as an independent contractor
- Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment
ISO 27001 Compliance & Data Security Responsibilities
As part of Oasis Learning AI's Information Security Management System (ISMS), all contractors
and employees must support and comply with our ISO 27001:2022 data protection standards.
The Account Executive is expected to:
- Handle all client and prospect information confidentially and store it only within approved company systems (e.g., HubSpot CRM, Google Workspace).
- Use strong passwords, enable multi-factor authentication, and lock devices when not in use.
- Avoid downloading, sharing, or forwarding confidential data outside secure company platforms.
- Report any suspected security incidents or phishing attempts immediately to management (within 1 hour of detection).
- Complete periodic information security awareness training.
- Ensure all outreach, communications, and files comply with Oasis Learning AI's data privacy and retention policies.
- Understand that security is everyone's responsibility — from sales conversations to client onboarding.
Compensation Structure
Uncapped earning potential — you get paid directly on your results.
Flat Commission Plan
20% commission on each sale (one-time)
Residual/Recurring Commission Plan (for subscription or ongoing services)
10% commission on initial sale
5% recurring commission for up to 12–24 months per client
We're open to discussing other compensation options.
