Responsibilities:

  • Develop leads, schedule appointments and build relationships with clients over the phone, virtually or in person
  • Educating clients about their insurance coverages and products that meet their needs
  • Utilizing our proven systems to help new and current clients build and protect their wealth
  • Help our clients manage the risks of everyday life and recover from the unexpected 
  • Provide a remarkable customer experience

  • Property & Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain)
  • Life insurance license (preferred/must be able to obtain)

Total Compensation Range (Salary, Commission & Bonus) $45-$50K Base Salary

  • Salary
  • Uncapped commissions
  • Annual bonus
  • Health and Dental/Life insurance benefit (after 3 months)
  • Assumed total compensation: $60, $100,

These positions are with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries. This agents' employees are not employees of Desjardins. Independent contractor agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
