Everyone wins We provide a remarkable customer experience that is uniquely different then industry standard We have an amazing work environment and office culture where we treat individuals like family We are focussed on creating careers and giving team members an opportunity to be successful, personal growth is valued If you are ready to be put in a position to succeed, to learn and to grow and are customer driven, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: Develop leads, schedule appointments and build relationships with clients over the phone, virtually or in person Educating clients about their insurance coverages and products that meet their needs Utilizing our proven systems to help new and current clients build and protect their wealth Help our clients manage the risks of everyday life and recover from the unexpected Provide a remarkable customer experience What will make you successful: A positive Attitude A desire to Win A desire to learn and grow on a daily basis Sales experience (preferred) Your ability to complete daily activities Your enthusiasm to help clients protect their families and their belongings Your ability to communicate complex concepts simply - written, verbal and listening Your ability to find and focus on solutions for our clients You are dedicated to providing an exceptional client experience Ability to present solutions to current and potential clients Property & Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain) Life insurance license (preferred/must be able to obtain) Total Compensation Range (Salary, Commission & Bonus) $45-$50K Base Salary Salary Uncapped commissions Annual bonus Health and Dental/Life insurance benefit (after 3 months) Assumed total compensation: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 ++ These positions are with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries. This agents’ employees are not employees of Desjardins. Independent contractor agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
