Currently located in Mississauga, Brampton, and Vancouver, we're quickly expanding our locations within Canada and beyond. With significant renovations planned for our Mississauga location, you'll have an opportunity to be involved with all new activities of the brand.

Role Description

Our Mississauga location is looking for a Restaurant Manager with 5+ years of management experience. If you understand hospitality and can lead a diverse team while managing various aspects of our operation, then you're the right applicant. Your role will be to provide exceptional guest service and maintain operational efficiency with the Beverage and Service team. You pride yourself on your name and reputation, with a proven track record of elevating guest experience through exceptional training and operations.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Hospitality Management experience
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the dining room team.
  • Ensure smooth service and guarantee optimal guest satisfaction.
  • Plan and organize work schedules for servers, bartenders, attendants.
  • Perform administrative tasks (payroll, distribution of tips).
  • Handle guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Oversee setup and teardown of party rooms.
  • Organize and plan service in all service points
  • Participate in event coordination and ensure successful execution.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other departments.
  • Eligible to work in Canada full-time (Work permit/PR/Citizenship)

Salary: Depending on your experience, the salary ranges from $60,000 per year to $80,000 per year.
