About the Role

Are you passionate about making a difference in students' lives? As a Substitute Educational Assistant (EA), you'll be an essential part of our team, providing support in classrooms or working one-on-one with students. This is an on-call position where every day brings a new opportunity to help students thrive in a safe, inclusive, and caring environment.

What You'll Do

  • Support students individually or in small groups to help them reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to create an inclusive, welcoming classroom.
  • Encourage and motivate students through positive interactions.
  • Help maintain a safe and respectful learning environment.
  • Provide feedback to teachers and coordinators on student progress.

What We're Looking For

  • A passion for education and supporting diverse learners.
  • Experience working with children and/or youth on the Autism Spectrum (an asset)
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles (an asset).
  • Police clearance with Vulnerable Sector Search (required).
