**Hybrid - 50% of the time in the office.

Locations: Calgary, Lake Forest OR Houston
Key Responsibilities - You will do:**

  • Lead strategic planning and execution of high-impact marketing initiatives across global teams
  • Drive capacity planning and contribute to long-term team development strategies
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align marketing programs with business objectives
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects, ensuring resource allocation and risk mitigation
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and interpret this for the content production team
  • Troubleshoot stalled projects. Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor junior project managers and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Champion integration of AVEVA values and brand purpose into marketing initiatives
  • Maintain and update the content project management system
  • Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service

Qualifications & Skills - You will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing with 3+ years focusing on project management (experience with technology companies preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Wrike).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Organized and a growth mindset
