Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, including board members, community partners, and funding agencies.
• Oversee business development initiatives to expand the organization's reach and impact.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational performance and service delivery.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Foster a positive organizational culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
• Represent the organization at community events, conferences, and meetings to promote its mission.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role within a nonprofit or related sector.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated expertise in business development strategies that drive growth and sustainability.
• Experience in project management with a focus on delivering results through effective planning and execution.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with various audiences.
