Job Description

We're looking for a full-time, experienced line cook to help our chef during service. Duties include:

  1. Assisting on the line with cooking
  2. Prepping ingredients
  3. Helping with inventory
  4. Maintaining a clean work station
  5. Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • A minimum of five years in a similar role.
  • Great working knowledge of Italian cuisine
  • A good command of the English language. 
  • Knowledge of the Italian language is REQUIRED. Both oral & written.
  • Food-handler certificate and/or the expectation of obtaining one within 6 months of hire.
