REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Have 5 years’ minimum experience as a Chef
- Strong supervisory and communication skills
- 5 years Experience with Italian cuisine and cooking techniques is a must
- Experience on Grill/ Broiler
- expediting coordinate all stations calling food orders
- experience cutting and preparing meats and fish
- grilling steaks ,fish & seafood
- Prepare a wide variety of dishes, including meats & fish ,pastas
- Must be able to work in a high volume fast paced environment.
- must be available to work evening/dinner weekends and holidays
- Must be able to cook for multiple large groups
- Must be able to handle catering
- Restaurant offers dine in lunch and dinnercatering and events. Experience required in all areas.

Setting up your stations, Ensure all supplies needed for service ready for use ,such as stocks and garnishes. This may include chopping vegetables and butchery, preparing meat and fish
- Prepare and pack pre ordered catering and Event menus
- Perform duties in accordance with Ontario Health and Safety Standards Sanitize workstations Regular hand washing Station clean up Disposing of waste
- Romanos policies and procedures, as well as the Health and Safety standards.
- Must be able to speak ,read and write English

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
