Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fit Center Assistant Manager at Top Marks, located in Montreal, QC. The Fit Center Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at the fit center, providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, assisting in the fitting and sizing of school uniforms, training and supervising staff, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, retail management, or similar roles
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills
  • Ability to train and supervise staff effectively
  • Proficiency in using fitting and sizing techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the garment or uniform industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
