Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and configuration of the Acumatica ERP system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, mapping, and validation.
  • Conduct system testing to ensure functionality aligns with business needs.
  • Provide end-user training and create user-friendly documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues during and after implementation.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Work closely with the project team to meet deadlines and deliverables.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in ERP systems, business analysis, or a related role. Experience with Acumatica ERP is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with data migration processes and SQL is a plus.

Salary:

Our Company offers a comprehensive base salary. Full benefits and a group RRSP are also included and commence after the probation period.
