Role Overview

As an ERP & Reporting Solutions Specialist you'll partner with business teams and IT to evolve our enterprise applications and analytics capabilities. You'll support platform modernization efforts—especially a major ERP refresh—improve business reporting, and help build strong data practices that support decision-making across the organization.

What you'll do

  • Work with stakeholders in Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to document and map business processes and system requirements end-to-end.
  • Run discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture needs, validate workflows, and define acceptance criteria.
  • Build, maintain, and improve operational and analytical reports, dashboards, and visualizations used by leadership and operational teams.
  • Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): create test scenarios, track issues, and coordinate fixes with technical teams.
  • Partner with Finance and IT to refine financial reporting, consolidation flows, and performance management processes.
  • Support master data activities to improve data quality and consistency across systems.
  • Contribute to the BI data model and identify new internal data sources to enhance insights.
  • Apply data governance and security standards in all analytics and reporting work.
  • Provide day-to-day functional support for key enterprise applications and transactional processes.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a business systems or applications role, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or similar operational environments.
  • Hands‑on experience across full project lifecycles for ERP or enterprise system implementations (requirements → UAT → go‑live).
  • Strong background in business intelligence and analytics, including data modeling and report development with visualization tools.
  • Solid skills in process mapping, requirements documentation, and use of standard modeling approaches.
  • Familiarity with financial close/consolidation and planning & analysis workflows is a plus.
  • Post‑secondary degree in Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Clear communicator who can translate technical detail for non‑technical stakeholders and lead cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver work on schedule.
