Your Opportunity at SECURE
As a Business Intelligence Analyst at SECURE, you'll transform data into strategic insights that drive business growth and digital innovation. You'll play a key role in shaping data-driven decision-making across the organization by connecting technology, analytics, and business strategy.

Work Environment
This role operates in a dynamic and fast-paced setting where technology, data, and strategy intersect. You'll balance independent analysis with cross-functional collaboration, working closely with business leaders, data owners, and technology partners to shape SECURE's digital transformation journey.
A Day in The Life
- Dive into complex data sets, writing SQL queries and using Python to automate processes and uncover insights.
- Build, refine, and maintain PowerBI dashboards that evolve with SECURE's changing business needs.
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable analytics strategies.
- Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities that inform data-driven decisions and long-term strategies.
- Partner with internal teams and customers to deliver fact-based recommendations that support agile decision-making.
- Troubleshoot data issues, ensure integrity across systems, and advise on database structures for seamless integration.
- Champion analytics within the organization by sharing knowledge, guiding others, and promoting a data-first culture.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5 years of work experience in a relevant position
- Strong analytical and logical problem-solving abilities
- Eagerness to learn and grow with a strong work ethic
- Proven ability to execute on projects with a long-term and strategic mindset
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Experience with Microsoft BI tools, Python, Databricks, and advanced data modeling techniques
- A track record of innovative thinking and implementing new technology solutions
- Demonstrated ability to gather customer requirements and transform them into technical solutions
- Demonstrated ability to create technical solutions which are scalable and sustainable over the long-term
