Job Description

What will you do?

  • Conducting analysis of/reporting on client feedback from surveys and listening programs
  • Assist in development of programs and campaigns to improve the data integrity of our customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Support teams with preparing resource and process documentation
  • Assist with the gathering/conducting market and client research
  • Internal communication and storytelling
  • Other projects and assignments as required, leveraging analytical, research and strategic problem solving skills

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

  • Working towards a Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or other related field
  • Strong personal skills and the ability to work effectively independently and within a team environment
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Good analytical, communication and problem solving skills
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail and very high level of accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Naturally curious and creative thinker with the ability to think critically and "outside the box"

Nice-to-have

  • Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Dynamics
  • Previous experience working with a financial or investing institution
  • Passionate about technology and improving processes

In order to be eligible for these student positions, you must either: 

  • Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or 
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
