Conglom Inc. is a distributor of consumer products. We offer a wide range of food service and industrial packaging, as well as consumer products. With a product of first necessity, our products are positioned in a market as competitive as our company is evolving. To support this evolution, we are looking for a sales representative to join our sales team. This representative will be responsible for his or her segment, meeting the product needs of existing customers and bringing in new customers.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Identify the needs of existing customers ;
  • Prospect for new customers;
  • Introduce and sell new products in the market;
  • Provide quotations and follow-up;
  • Create and update sales proposals and product presentations;
  • Maintain a strong and close professional relationship with customers to provide quality customer service;
  • Update the customer database;
  • Solve problems in collaboration with management;
  • Process incoming orders;
  • Prepare sales reports

Requirements

  • At least 2 years' experience in outside sales in one or all of our business sectors: food service packaging, industrial packaging and consumer products;
  • College diploma in commerce, sales or related field;
  • Bilingualism essential (French and English) to communicate effectively with our stakeholders;
  • Excellent sales skills;
  • Proven negotiating skills;
  • Strong persuasive skills;
  • Autonomous;
  • Must have a driver's license and own a car to go out and meet customers.
