DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):


• Execute daily settlement tasks with accuracy and speed


• Manage accounts payable and receivable with strong financial stewardship


• Perform timely bank reconciliations and maintain clean, organized records


• Prepare, track, and monitor cash flow to support operational efficiency


• Conduct investigations, amendments, and payment recalls as required


• Process cheques, authorize payments, and ensure seamless transaction flow


• Create, maintain, and optimize payment templates


• Uphold compliance standards and ensure consistent adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements

SKILLS & ABILITIES:


• Strong decision-making capabilities grounded in sound judgment


• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills


• High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy


• Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS:


• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and a proactive mindset


• Computer literacy required; experience with database or financial software is an asset


• Post-secondary education is an advantage


• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative


• Experience in financial services or payment operations is an asset
