In this role, you'll be the guardian of governance and security standards, working closely with M365 Global Admins and IT Security to keep our digital workplace safe and compliant. You'll be the go-to resource for end-user support across all M365 applications, creating training that people actually want to use, crafting clear documentation, and handling the day-to-day essentials like adding users to groups, requesting licenses, updating policies, and monitoring system health to keep everything running smoothly.
As an ECM Administrator, you'll own SharePoint and Teams administration, building and managing sites, site collections, and M365 groups while supporting Engage communities and global settings that bring teams together. You'll troubleshoot complex IT challenges, partner with developers and vendors to keep projects on track and deliver reports and recommendations that follow Microsoft best practices.
This role calls for strong technical expertise, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to maintain audit records and ensure compliance across the organization - all while helping us create a smarter, more connected workplace.
Please note that this is a Temporary, Full Time role until October 5, 2027.
