This position requires strong ownership of the content function and a structured, proactive approach to creation, management, and collaboration.

Description of Duties:

  • Produce a minimum of three new content pieces weekly.
  • Heavy emphasis on video/filming. (Workers, clients, industry groups)
  • Manage and execute company email marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor site analytics and support SEO improvements.
  • Oversee social media engagement and audience interaction.
  • Develop premium content, including ebooks, white papers, and webinars.
  • Support website updates and general site enhancements.
  • Maintain ongoing professional development in CRM tools, marketing trends, and industry research.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align content with training, messaging, and customer needs.

Estimated Weekly Time Allocation

  • Content creation: 5 to 15 hours
  • Email marketing: 1 to 3 hours
  • Analytics and SEO: 3 to 5 hours
  • Social engagement: 1 to 2 hours
  • Premium content development: 3 to 5 hours
  • Website enhancement: 2 to 4 hours
  • Continued learning: 3 to 5 hours
  • Sales team meetings: 2 to 4 hours

As Prestige Electric grows, this role will evolve into a leadership position within a larger content and marketing department.

  • Strong editing skills with the ability to elevate and refine content created by others.
  • Effective interviewing skills for gathering insights from customers, employees, and industry experts.
  • Solid understanding of social media and digital engagement trends.
  • Competence in video editing and content repurposing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, collaborative work style.
  • Understanding of motivational factors that support content participation across teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Comfort working with analytics, performance metrics, and data-driven decision making.
  • Creative mindset with a willingness to think innovatively and explore new content approaches.

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
