Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive bilingual (Canadian French and English) Customer Success and Outreach Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional support and value from our SaaS solutions. Your expertise in project management, customer relationship management, and account management will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. Responsibilities

  • Engage in daily cold calling to attract customers from the Quebec automotive market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Manage customer accounts proactively, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing engagement.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track interactions, monitor account health, and identify opportunities for upselling or renewal.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conduct analysis of customer data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Assist in developing strategies to improve customer experience and retention rates.
  • Support customers through product demonstrations, training sessions, and educational resources related to SaaS offerings.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns aimed at increasing product awareness and customer engagement.

Experience

  • Proven experience in customer success or account management within SaaS or financial services industries preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to SaaS products is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service roles demonstrating problem-solving abilities and client-focused approach is advantageous. This role is ideal for motivated professionals passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while leveraging their expertise in project management, CRM systems, and industry-specific knowledge to foster long-term client success.
