Cayuga Mutual Insurance Company is seekinga Business Development Manager to join their team.This is a pivotal leadership role,reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, where you will lead a teamof 11 sales agents and drive a data -driven sales strategy to supportorganizational growth and sustainability.As the Business Development Manager, you'llbe instrumental in building and maintaining strong relationships both insideand outside the mutual community. You'll develop new businessopportunities—products, sales channels, and partnerships—while collaboratingwith internal teams such as Underwriting and Claims to deliver innovativeinsurance solutions.Key responsibilities include:· Developing and executing asales strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets.· Coaching and mentoring ahigh -performing sales team to success.· Monitoring sales metrics andgenerating insights to optimize team performance.· Ensuring compliance withregulatory requirements and internal policies.
