What is in it for you:

• Salaried: $55-60 per hour.

• Incorporated Business Rate: $65-70 per hour.

• 10-month contract.

• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.

• Hybrid model: 3 days per week on-site, subject to change.

Responsibilities:

• Digital Testing: Utilize Digital portals to perform testing on insurance applications, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.

• Guidewire Expertise: Utilize Guidewire software to perform testing on insurance applications, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.

• Legacy Expertise: Utilize Legacy Mainframe UI to perform testing on insurance applications, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.

• Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports with recommendations for improvements.

• Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of test plans, scripts, results, and recommendations, also JIRA QE boards.

What you will need to succeed:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Guidewire, Digital and Mainframe testing, with a focus on personal and commercial insurance applications.

• Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work extended hours when necessary to support project needs.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire functional testing, proficiency in Digital functional testing, experience in mainframe testing

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.

• Experience with cloud-based environments and testing. (nice to have)

• Certification in Guidewire, Digital and Mainframe testing or related areas. (nice to have)

• Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations. (nice to have)
