Job Summary
:

We are seeking a senior QA Specialist with strong knowledge in Guidewire, Digital and mainframe functional testing.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Digital Testing:
    Perform functional testing on insurance applications via digital portals, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Guidewire Expertise:
    Conduct testing using Guidewire software to validate insurance application functionality.
  • Legacy Expertise:
    Use Legacy Mainframe UI to test insurance applications for compliance with business and technical standards.
  • Analysis and Reporting:
    Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
  • Collaboration:
    Partner with development, operations, and business teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing coverage.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
    Maintain comprehensive documentation of test plans, scripts, results, and recommendations. Update JIRA QE boards accordingly.

Qualifications
:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in Guidewire, Digital, and Mainframe testing, particularly in personal and commercial insurance applications.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Guidewire functional testing
  • Proficiency in Digital functional testing
  • Experience in Mainframe testing

Soft Skills :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience with cloud-based environments and testing
  • Certifications in Guidewire, Digital, or Mainframe testing
  • Familiarity with insurance industry standards and regulations
