Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Print Production Coordinator/Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the print industry, strong organizational skills, and a keen eye for details. As a Print Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the coordination and execution of print projects, while providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving enquiries.

Job Description:

· Responsible for Order In-take through email, phone, and in-person

· Quoting Print Jobs and ensuring all cost have been captured

· Creating Work Order with all job specifications, making sure that all necessary information is on hand

· Scheduling to ensure requirements and timelines are met

  • Use of CRM software to track orders and customer accounts
  • Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas
  • Report all quality issues and production waste to Production Manager
  • Perform other duties as required by Production Manager
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Assist in all stages of print production, including printing and finishing.
  • Manage inventory of printing supplies and materials, replenishing as needed.
  • Assist with packaging of printed materials as required

· Invoicing Print jobs when finished

· Utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must have exceptional customer service skills and related experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
  • Experience working in a printing production environment preferred
  • Familiarity with printing techniques, printing equipment, and materials is a plus, training will be provided
  • Comfortable in noisy conditions
  • Must work well in a team environment and independently
  • Ability to be on feet up to 8 hours per shift

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
