- Quoting Print Jobs and ensuring all cost have been captured
- Creating Work Order with all job specifications, making sure that all necessary information is on hand
- Scheduling to ensure requirements and timelines are met
- Use of CRM software to track orders and customer accounts
- Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas
- Report all quality issues and production waste to Production Manager
- Perform other duties as required by Production Manager
- Follow all company policies and procedures
- Assist in all stages of print production, including printing and finishing.
- Manage inventory of printing supplies and materials, replenishing as needed.
- Assist with packaging of printed materials as required
- Invoicing Print jobs when finished
- Utilize effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must have exceptional customer service skills and related experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
- Experience working in a printing production environment preferred
- Familiarity with printing techniques, printing equipment, and materials is a plus, training will be provided
- Comfortable in noisy conditions
- Must work well in a team environment and independently
- Ability to be on feet up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 50 lb
