Winter Ski Lift Operators – Full-Time (Wednesday to Sunday)

Craigleith Ski Club – Collingwood, Ontario

Do you love the outdoors and enjoy helping others have a great day on the slopes? Craigleith Ski Club is looking for enthusiastic Winter Ski Lift Operators to join our Operations team for the 2025/26 season.

As a Lift Operator, you'll play a key role in creating a safe and enjoyable mountain experience for our members and guests.

What You'll Do

  • Safely operate ski lifts in compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide friendly and helpful service to members and guests, answering questions and assisting with loading/unloading.
  • Manage lift lines to keep guests moving efficiently.
  • Perform daily start-up checks, emergency procedures, and required documentation.
  • Keep load/unload areas clear by shoveling, raking, and maintaining ramps.
  • Identify and report safety hazards; assist with lift evacuations if required.
  • Maintain clean and organized lift huts and surrounding areas.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to follow direction.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, shovel snow, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule

  • Positions available full-time, Wednesday to Sunday, 8am-4pm
  • Shifts may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
