The Opportunity
We're looking for a
Manager, Revenue Operations
to help drive operational excellence across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This role plays a critical part in how revenue flows through the business—owning governance, standards, and execution across deal operations, compensation, GTM processes, systems, and analytics.
This is a high-impact role for a strong operator who wants to grow quickly in Revenue or Business Operations. The Revenue Operations team has scaled rapidly over the past 18 months, creating real opportunities for expanded scope and leadership. You'll partner closely with senior leaders across the GTM org and receive direct mentorship from the VP of Revenue Operations.
If you're someone who exercises sound judgment, thrives in ambiguity, learns fast, and takes full ownership of outcomes, this role is built for you.
What You'll Do
Revenue & Deal Operations
- Own governance and oversight for deal execution, including booking standards and compliance with approved business policies
- Serve as the escalation point for complex deal structures, booking discrepancies, and contract interpretation questions
- Partner with Finance to support month-end bookings reconciliation
- Design, administer, and manage variable compensation plans in partnership with GTM leadership and Finance
- Enforce pricing, discounting, and approval guardrails to protect deal economics
- Govern post-sale handoffs across Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success for closed-won deals and renewals
GTM Process & Tooling
- Lead GTM process design, documentation, governance, and continuous improvement across Sales and Customer Success
- Identify process gaps and failure points; design and implement solutions with GTM Systems and Enablement
- Configure and roll out GTM tools in partnership with systems teams and business leaders
- Monitor tool adoption and support enablement plans to drive consistent usage
Data, Analytics & Forecasting
- Establish and enforce standards to ensure accuracy across bookings, pipeline, forecast, and renewals reporting
- Deliver data-driven insights on capacity, coverage, and productivity to inform resourcing and headcount decisions
- Coordinate and standardize win–loss data collection, analysis, and reporting
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Manage and develop Revenue Operations analysts, with accountability for accuracy, quality, and timeliness
- Partner closely with GTM Systems to align business rules, processes, and system configuration
- Enforce GTM operating standards across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success—including exercising judgment to block non-compliant deals or processes when necessary
What We're Looking For
- 3–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A, or a related GTM operations role
- Experience in a multi-product B2B SaaS environment with new, expansion, and renewal motions
- Proven track record governing GTM processes, deal operations, and bookings workflows
- Strong operational and commercial judgment; comfortable operating in ambiguity
- Ability to partner cross-functionally while holding the line on standards and pushing back when needed
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to validate and defend complex analyses
- Experience building dashboards in BI tools such as Power BI, Domo, or similar
- Experience supporting system integrations or post-acquisition operational work is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in an analytical or business-related field, or equivalent practical experience
