Job Summary
SameDay Dental is a new and rapidly growing dental clinic chain seeking a hands-on Regional Manager to oversee operations across multiple clinic locations. This role requires regular driving between clinics and strong on-site presence to ensure operational excellence, outstanding patient service, and financial performance.
This is a leadership role with significant growth opportunities as the organization expands.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across multiple SameDay Dental clinic locations
- Maintain a strong on-site presence, traveling regularly between clinics
- Lead HR functions, including hiring, training, performance management, and termination decisions
- Ensure clinic schedules are optimized, fully utilized, and running on time
- Drive exceptional patient customer service and resolve escalated concerns
- Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), including production, collections, and efficiency
- Ensure collections processes are followed and revenue is consistently on track
- Support and coach clinic management and administrative teams
- Ensure compliance with company policies and dental industry standards
Qualifications
- Experience managing multiple locations, preferably in dental or healthcare
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfortable making HR and operational decisions
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between clinics

Pay: $50,722.16-$85,211.70 per year
