Tricity Mitsubishi is looking for a receptionist who has a strong blend of interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. The receptionist is an important asset to our operation, generally serving as the first point of contact for many customers. We are looking for someone who is friendly and exceptional at customer service, while having the ability to perform basic administrative tasks.

This role is a part time position, with the opportunity to grow into a full time position if you would like to take an extra shift on Sundays. Please see the schedule at the bottom and apply if you are able to work the standard shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients as they enter the showroom and direct them to the appropriate person/department
  • Answer incoming calls and transfer to the proper department
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, scanning, and updating spreadsheets
  • Stock in vehicles as they arrive, including tagging keys, organizing paperwork, and creating price stickers

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Friendly, professional, and clear communication skills with clients and staff
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets
  • Valid drivers license is preferred, but not required
  • Efficient with time management, detail orientated, and have the ability to multi-task

Salary: $18.75/hour

Schedule (please apply only if you can cover all these hours):

Monday 2-8pm

Tuesday 2-8pm

Wednesday 4:30-8pm

Thursday 2-8pm

Saturday 9-6pm

Optional: Sundays 11-5pm

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 36 per week
