Smile Well Clinic Coquitlam is looking for an experienced Part-Time Korean Medical Office Assistant (MOA) / Receptionist to join our integrative health and aesthetic team. We operate alongside Smile Well Dental Clinic, providing patients with a holistic and seamless approach to wellness.

Our clinic is conveniently located near Lougheed Station, with strong potential for walk-ins and new patients.

Schedule: 2–3 days per week (Monday, Thursday, Saturday)

Requirements

  • Fluent in Korean and English (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a medical office assistant or receptionist
  • Experience in naturopathic or aesthetic clinics (required)
  • Proficient in using JaneApp
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Reliable, organized, and professional team player
