This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, task management, and being a key support person for a fast-moving operations team.
Compensation:$20–$24 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
- Printing, organizing, and managing emails, work orders, and paperwork
- Tracking deadlines, due dates, and follow-ups to ensure nothing is missed
- Sending service results, reports, and updates to clients
- Following up with contractors, suppliers, and internal staff
- Organizing daily and weekly task lists for the operations team
- Minor data entry and light bookkeeping support (invoicing, records, file management)
- Maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems
Operations & Field Support (Occasional)
- Assisting with light property cleaning when required
- Driving to properties to complete security checks or inspections
- Supporting field staff with basic operational tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with email, documents, spreadsheets, and basic accounting software
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Comfortable switching between office work and occasional field duties
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience in property management, construction, or maintenance environments
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software
- Experience coordinating schedules or tracking multiple properties/tasks
