We're seeking an Inside/B2B Sales Representative to generate leads, qualify prospects, close sales, and support account growth through proactive outreach and solution selling. This is a target-driven role with base pay plus commission.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify leads via phone, email, and digital channels; maintain CRM records.
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow-ups; negotiate pricing and terms within guidelines.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and handoff to account management.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs (calls, demos, pipeline value, close rate).
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and sales collateral.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training, and regular reporting.

Qualifications (required)

  • 1–3 years of inside sales or B2B sales experience (preferred in technology, services, or supply solutions).
  • Strong phone presence, persuasive communication, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to manage pipelines.
  • Results-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
  • Authorization to work in Canada.

Qualifications (preferred)

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience with consultative or SaaS selling and familiarity with outbound prospecting tools.
  • Comfortable with cold-calling and virtual demos; French language skills an asset.

Pay: $16.64-$30.76 per hour
