Position: Full-Time Mortgage Underwriter

Location: (In Office) Mississauga, ON

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years*

License Requirement: Mortgage License Preferred

Our alliances with major Canadian and international finance companies and banks, as well as our exceptional skills and experience enable us to provide a personalized and smooth experience for our clients, regardless of their financial situation.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Application intake/deal quoting

Work with fulfillment officers to collect outstanding documents to satisfy conditions as per the commitment

Following up with all parties and aspects of the process to ensure 100% coordination

Loan-to-value analysis

GDS/TDS cash flow review

Review of Purchase & Sale Agreements, order Appraisals, and ability to review Appraisal report in detail

Collect and verify Mortgage applications, credit reports, income documents for completeness and accuracy

Familiarity with Income Documents (T4, T1, NOAs...)

Maintain positive relationships with clients, lenders, and 3rd party contacts

Filogix, Boss system experience is preferred.
